We   have   been   supplying   butlers   since   2011.     We   have   a large   number   of   butlers   who   we   work   with   on   a   regular basis.     We   take   numerous   steps   to   ensure   reliability,   from our   recruitment   &   training   procedures   right   through   to our    state    of    the    art    booking    system    which    requires butlers   to   re-confirm   their   bookings   7   days   before   your party and again on the day of the party. We   are   as   sure   as we   can   be that we won’t   let you   down which   is   why   we   are   proud   to   offer   our   150%   money back   guarantee   if   we   do.      We   will   refund   150%   of   your booking fee up to a maximum of £100 compensation.
“Can the butlers make cocktails?” Our   regular   butlers   will   also   be   able   to   make   cocktails   for   you   but   they   don’t   bring   any equipment,   alcohol   or   have   any   bartender   training.      Although   they   are   not   trained   cocktail bartenders,   they   will   be   happy   to   mix   some   cocktails   for   you   we   just   ask   that   you   have   the equipment, recipes and ingredients on the night of the party. “What do the butlers do?” Our   butlers   will   attend   your   party   and   can   carry   out   a   range   of   duties   from   playing   party games,   posing   for   photos,   making   cocktails,   hosting   games,   serving   drinks   &   nibbles,   mingling with your guests and generally helping out One   thing   that   sets   us   apart   from   other   companies   is   that   we   actively   encourage   our   butlers   to partake   in   party   games   and   really   get   involved   with   your   party.      We   send   our   butlers   on training   jobs   first   with   another   butler   and   give   training   on   different   party   games   so   your   butler isn’t   just   standing   around.      Of   course   if   you   don’t   want   party   games   and   would   be   prefer   for you butler to just serve drinks and help out they are equally happy doing that. “How many butlers will I need?” We   generally   find   that   1   butler   will   be   enough   for   around   15   guests.      Having   more   butlers   is   of course   even   more   fun!         It   also   depends   on   what   duties   you   would   like   them   to   carry   out,   for example   if   you   would   like   cocktails   and   games   you   may   find   that   2   or   more   butler’s   works better.     We   also   offer   discounts   for   booking   multiple   butlers   and   rates   per   hour   get   cheaper   the more hours that you have. “Can they help with a bbq/cooking?” Our   butlers   aren’t   trained   in   cooking   or   and   don’t   have   food   hygiene   certification   however   if you are happy for them to help out with food then we can add that to your booking form. “Are you insured?” We   have   full   public   liability   insurance   in   place.      A   copy   of   our   certificate   can   be   provided   if needed.      If   you   are   renting   a   property   to   host   your   party,   sometimes   your   property   agent   may request to see this for any outside caterers or entertainers visiting their property. “It’s a surprise, will they call me?” We will   send   our   butlers   a   copy   of your   booking   summary with your   contact   detail,   address   and any   other   instructions   so that the   butlers will   be   discreet, when the   party   is   a   surprise the   butler/s will call you around 15 minutes before the start time. “What do the butlers wear?” We   offer   a   choice   of   uniforms.      Our   regular   uniform   consists   of   a   black   bottom   revealing   apron, tailored   collar,   cuffs   and   bow-tie.      If   you   prefer   we   also   offer   the   option   of   the   butler   wearing black trousers or underpants under the apron.

“Can they wear fancy dress?” We   also   offer   butlers   in   fancy   dress.      We   have   provided   our   hunky   butlers   for   parties   before   dressed   as   a   crocodile   hunter,   a   dog,,   an   army   man,   and   even   a Zulu   warrior!         Whatever   the   request   we   try   and   source   the   outfit   for   you   for   a   surcharge,   if   interested   in   this   just   let   us   know   and   what   you   would   like   and   we can quote you for the outfit. Of course if you have something already you would like the butler to wear just let us know at the time of booking.   “Can they start in different attire then change later?” Yes that’s not a problem just let us know at the time of booking and we will add this to the butler’s job sheet. “Can I change my mind about the uniform later?” If you can let us know of any changes a couple of days prior to the party at the latest then we can amend the butler’s job sheet with this information for you. “Can I add a butler/hours later?” We   do   offer   additional   hours   at   the   discounted   rate   of   £31   per   hour   per   butler   if   booked   in   advance.     We   would   recommend   booking   additional   hours/butlers as soon as possible to ensure availability. “When will I know which butler(s) have been allocated to my booking?” We   will   automatically   email   your   final   confirmation   on   the   Sunday   before   the   party,   this   includes   the   butler's   name   and   contact   number.      You   can   also   view your booking online and see a photo of your butler that has been allocated. “Can I choose my butler?” Although   it   is   not   usually   possible to   choose your   butler the   pictures will   give you   an   idea   of the   high   standard   of   butlers that we   use.      If   however you   do   have   a preference   for   a   particular   butler   or   a   selection   please   let   us   know   and   we   will   do   our   best   to   allocate   him   to   your   booking. You   can   view   photos   of   the   butlers that cover the different locations by visiting the nearest location from our locations page. “Can I change the times of my booking?” If   you   would   like   to   change   your   start   time   please   let   us   know   at   the   earliest   opportunity   as   this   will   only   be   possible   if   there   is   availability,   changes   made   after butler   allocations   have   been   made   may   be   subject   to   a   £2.50   surcharge.      You   can   request   amendments   via   the   “manage   my   booking”   tab   above.     Amendments requested on--line will not be charged for. “How do I know they will turn up” We have been running for 6 years and have a fantastic track record which you can see via our trust pilot web-page. In   the   rare   case   that   a   butler   were   to   fall   very   ill   or   due   to   an   unforeseen   circumstance   we   have   over   150   butlers   on   our   books   as   well   as   a   full-time   team covering   the   phones which   give   us   the   best   chance   to   cover   bookings   at very   short   notice, we   also   offer   a   150%   refund   policy   should we   fail   to   provide   a   butler and   never   work   with   unreliable   butlers,   all   of   our   butlers   attend   training   jobs   to   ensure   the   suitability   and   reliability.   Our   butlers   also   work   on   a   bonus   scheme offered for excellent job performance, so are therefore very professional and reliable When do I need to pay for my booking? We will   need to take   a   20%   deposit   at the time   of   booking to   secure your   butler(s) with the   final   payment   due   10   days   before the   party.     We   may   also   be   able to offer a cash on the night option if requested. “What does the butler wear when arrives?” The   butlers   arrive   in   their   normal   clothes   and   then   will   need   somewhere   to   get   unchanged.      This   can   be   anywhere   for   example   a   downstairs   toilet   or   a   spare room. “When does the butler arrive?” The butler is scheduled to arrive 15 minutes before the start time for a standard booking or 30 minutes before for a cocktail booking. Will the butler play games? Yes!     We   also   provide   you   with   a   games   pack   with   every   booking   which   has   around   25   different   ideas.     We   even   have   dare   cards,   a   Mr   and   Mrs   Quiz   and   a brides   quiz   which   you   can   print   straight   from   our   website.      If   you   let   us   know   before   the   party   any   particular   games   you   would   or   wouldn’t   like   the   butler   to   do we can let the butler know, alternatively please feel free to discuss this with your butler(s) when the arrive before your party. “What if they don’t turn up?” This   would   be   an   extremely   rare   occurrence,   we   check   in   with   all   of   our   butlers   on   the   day   of   the   booking   to   ensure   that   everything   is   running   to   plan,   if   this were to   ever   occur we   have   150   butlers   nationwide to   cover   any   problems.   In the worst   case   scenario we   have   a   150%   refund   policy   as we   are   so   confident that you   wouldn’t   encounter   any   problems   such   as   this.      In   addition   to   the   150%   refund   we   generally   offer   additional   compensation   such   as   a   free   butler   next   time.     Rest   assured we   understand   how   important your   party   is   and   how   integral the   butlers   are to the   party   atmosphere.     We   have   only   had to   offer this   refund twice in 6 years. We have been running for 6 years and have a fantastic track record which you can see via our trust pilot web-page. . “What is your cancellation / refund policy?” Your   deposit   amount   (20%)   is   non   refundable.     As   a   gesture   of   goodwill we   may   be   able   to   carry your   deposit   forward   to   a   future   booking.      If you   cancel with more than 10 days notice any amount paid over the deposit amount is refundable. Your   Final   payment   is   due   10   days   before   the   party.      If   you   cancel   with   less   than   10   days   notice   no   refund   will   be   offered.      As   a   gesture   of   goodwill   20%   of your   booking   total   may   be   carried   forward   to   a   future   booking.      The   remaining   amount   will   be   used   to   cover   costs   incurred   ie   butlers   wages,   opportunity   and consequential losses etc If we fail to provide the service you are entitled to a full refund plus 50 percent.  This is only applicable to confirmed bookings.
